High Earnings Tele-Sales Opportunity

A UK dedicated offshore accountancy company requires the services of a talented, dedicated and keen tele-sales operative in the North East to gain new clients and new business on a commission based role.

The opportunity is made for someone interested to earn generous commission based earnings and to have a relatively easy saleable service to sell. The simple fact that the accountancy company's prices are over 50% cheaper than average UK rates is a pretty good indication of the client benefits so trying to convince the client of the benefits and advantages should be pretty straightforward and easily manageable. In essence, we're selling services of immense value and competitiveness.

Regional territories will be provided and will be secured on a first come first served basis.

The earnings programme is as follows:

10 new clients or less per month = £25 per new client plus 2.5% of client's spend in first year (this could end up equating to an extra £25 per client and more)
11 - 17 new clients per month = £30 per new client plus 5% of client's spend in the first year (this could end up equating to an extra £50 per client and more)
18 - 25 new clients per month = £35 per new client plus 6% of client's spend in the first year (this could end up equating to an extra £60 per client and more)
26 new clients and above per month = £40 per new client plus 8% of client's spend in the first year (this could end up equating to an extra £80 per client and more)

This earnings programme is driven towards encouraging higher efforts and rewarding higher amounts of success. This programme is negotiable after 6 months of the position, and depending on the value of the candidate, we could consider to make this even more rewarding to ensure of continued success.

The sales procedure will be something typical of the following:

1) Tele-sales person creates list of all businesses within specified territory.
2) Tele-sales person makes contact with clients.
3) Tele-sales person provides clients with info, educates about the service, provides testimonials/references, and generally makes the initial sale.
4) Once in a position to progress, tele-sales person hands over client info and requirements to offshore client account manager.
5) Offshore Client Account Manager allays any client concerns, provides further more specific based info and aims to secure business.
6) On success of client account is when the business is won.

The sales person will be provided with an e-brochure, and other online material to use in assisting client relations. Sales person will need a mobile phone or landline and a home or office computer to communicate and carry out sales. No expenses will be provided, we feel the commission potential is sufficient.

Previous sales experience would be preferred but in essence, someone who is hungry and committed for this opportunity is exactly what we're looking for so we'll give each candidate equal consideration regardless of experience. No accountancy experience needed whatsoever as the chosen candidate will be provided with all relevant company and service info.
