The Electric Mobility Rascal 388XL has the same features as the 388S but is upgraded with a captain seat, stylish 11" wheels and has a lift up tiller head for easier access. The top speed is increased to 6mph and with all class 3 vehicles the 388XL includes full lights package.

The standard features include a narrow compact chassis for ease of manoevring, adjustable tiller and front anti crash bar.

The Rascal 388XL captain seat system is height adjustable has a slid and swivel action and also includes width and height adjustable arm rests.
