This 2 bedroom villa with small private pool is situated in a residential area on the favoured east side of Nerja. The public tennis courts, public indoor heated pool, sports arena, large supermarket and small cluster of bars and restaurants are all just a few minutes walk away while the town of Nerja and Burriana beach are around a 20 minute walk.
The property comprises master bedroom with double bed and door to its own terrace, second bedroom with twin beds and fitted mirrored wardrobes. One full bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Large open plan lounge/dining room, comfortably furnished and including dining table and chairs, satellite TV and 3 piece suite.
The kitchen is modern and fully furnished for self catering, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Archway incorporating breakfast bar and stools toward the lounge.
The lounge leads to a large south facing terrace with superb views to the town and sea. Small pool, sun beds, table and chairs, BBQ.
The villa benefits from air conditioning/heating. There is a camp bed enabling the villa to sleep up to 5 people. Bed linen, towels and cot all provided. Cleaning on arrival and departure included, extra cleaning available.
