Located in the Punta Lara area to the west of Nerja lies Villa Alminares which was the original house on the land. Ideal for both couples and families this property commands stunning views towards Nerja and the sea. It is approx 1 km. to the nearest beach and 3 km. to Nerja town itself.

On entering the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, full oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and the typical electrical appliances, toaster, kettle, etc. From here you access the large lounge and dining area which have lovely views through the windows at each end. The bedrooms are situated downstairs, 2 twin rooms that share a full bathroom and a double room with en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a very spacious covered terrace area with a built in brick barbeque, from here you can access the large private swimming pool and gardens and private parking area.
